TERMS AND CONDITIONS

A.KONETME will charge you as her client a non-refundable payment of 15,000 naira, for personal data documentation and inspection after having indicated interest on her website to inspect physically a property you wish to purchase note that, this payment is to be initiated physically at the office not online and this payment remains valid after data collection and entry and for the inspection of 5(five) different properties on that particular brief or demand of the client, this tends to enable the client make a good choice from varieties before purchase and in circumstances that the initial property He/Her indicated interest to inspect on the website is sold out before the time scheduled for inspection or that the client doesn’t like it due to some reasons which should be revealed to us, as it will enable us to get a better option for the client.

B. KONETME advises her clients to conduct a legal search personally before initiating payment on any property He/She wishes to purchase, as Konetme does not own all the properties on her platform but stands in as a broker in most cases to save you the wince of securing your chosen property.

C.In a situation whereby the client has inspected the property He/She wants to buy, conducted a legal search on the property, and is satisfied with it, which then enables the client to proceed to the transaction stage( payment), KONETME is entitled to 5% of the property value or amount but for rent or lease, KONETME is entitled to 15% of the lease or Rent amount or value.

D. KONETME is not to take responsibility for any damage or loss during or after the transaction as the client is advised to carry out all necessary findings and verifications needed, and also ask questions in other to be guided properly.

E. KONETME do not and will not accept any kind or act to renege on any agreement accepted by both parties (Konetme and her client) without formal consent and acceptance of the other party where necessary, this attracts a penalty charge of 20% of whatever value or amount of the said properties or transaction. E.g
In cases whereby a client is satisfied with a property and wishes to make the payment now or later but decides to outsmart KONETME intentionally or unintentionally by any means in other not to pay the commission due to Her, if by any means KONETME comes to awareness of this act the client is to pay an extra 10% of the said transaction value as penalty. etc

F. For a client who wishes to partner with KONETME to sell His/Her properties faster, KONETME demands that you visit her office with clear images of the properties, photocopies of the properties documents,( to certain real ownership), personal information or data, a copy of an authority to market/sell in the name of KONETME, which after this, KONETME will send her inspection team to inspect the said properties for verification and confirmation, after which also an MOU is to be drafted between KONETME and the Client (owner)which contains every necessary agreement, including the commission percentage(%) ranging from 5-10% depending on the properties value.

G. KONETME owns the right to conduct a personal search on the identities of Her clients to avoid indicting Herself on illegal acts as She remains law-abiding.

H. KONETME owns the right to changes regarding agreements with Her clients but with due process to ensure the client is informed before time before change effect.
